Chicken Club Pizza
We've crafted a fire baked, square crust pizza inspired by the legendary brick ovens of Italy. It’s everything you'd expect from your favorite chicken club recipe on our legendary Brick Oven Crust. We piled on premium grilled white meat chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, 100% real mozzarella cheese all on our one of a kind creamy white onion sauce. This pizza won "Best New Chicken Pizza" in a leading grocery magazine in 2013. Try it on the grill!
FOR A PERFECT BRICK OVEN CRUST
Keep pizza frozen while preheating.
For Crispier Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove overwrap.
- Bake directly on center rack for 15-19 minutes or until cheese is melted at the center & crust is golden brown.
For Softer Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Remove overwrap.
- Bake pizza on a pan on bottom rack for 16-20 minutes.
- Keep pizza frozen while preheating.
- Do not thaw pizza.
- For food safety and quality, cook until the internal temperature is 160°F before eating.
- Cook thoroughly before eating.
- Cooking times may vary.
- Let cool for at least 2 minutes.
- Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.
Recommended Prep Method:
- Preheat grill on high for at least 5 minutes
- Remove pizza from carton and clear overwrap film
- Place pizza on double layered aluminum foil in center of grill
- Turn grill to low and cook for 13 to 16 minutes
- Let pizza stand 2 minutes before serving
- Keep pizza frozen prior to grilling or baking
- Do not eat pizza without grilling or baking
- Pizza is done when all cheese is melted and bottom of crust is golden brown
- Refrigerate or discard any unused portion
- Due to appliance and grill variances, cooking times may need to be adjusted.
- Weather conditions such as wind or cold air temperature may affect cook times
