A ketogenic diet – or keto diet – is a low-carb, high-fat diet. This recipe focuses on toppings that are high in protein and fat, with little-no carbs. But not sacrificing flavor either. While fresh avocado tends to brown quickly when expose to air, the acid in lime juice helps to preserve the color ensuring the pizza is appetizing.

  • 1 FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza, frozen
  • 4-50z Chicken breast, grilled, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Fajita seasoning blend
  • 1 each Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Lime, freshly squeezed


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Toss together chicken and seasoning blend, making sure to coat each piece well.
  3. Top FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza with fajita chicken.
  4. Bake pizza on center rack for 10-13 minutes.
  5. Place pizza on cutting board and top with avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  6. Slice and enjoy.

Disclaimer: Pizza should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, let pizza cool for at least two minutes before eating.
