Ingredients
- 1 FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 4 Bacon strips, raw
- 1/4 cup Shaved parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Prep
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, roast 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Cook bacon until rendered and just crispy; don’t overcook at this stage.
- Remove pizza from all packaging and remove cardboard, then spread the bacon and Brussels sprouts evenly over the top of the pizza; bake according to package directions.
- After baking, remove from oven to cutting board. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
Disclaimer: Pizza should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, let pizza cool for at least two minutes before eating.
