Bacon & Brussel Sprouts Pizza

  • 1 FRESCHETTA® Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 4 Bacon strips, raw
  • 1/4 cup Shaved parmesan
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, roast 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through
  3. Cook bacon until rendered and just crispy, don't over cook at this stage
  4. Remove pizza from all packaging and remove cardboard, then spread the bacon and brussels sprouts evenly over the top of the pizza; Bake according to package directions
  5. After baking, remove from oven to cutting board. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately

Disclaimer: Pizza should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, let pizza cool for at least two minutes before eating.
